1. Definitions
- Platform: the ReceberSMS website, app and Telegram bot available at the official domains.
- User: any natural person who uses the Platform.
- Temporary Number: a disposable virtual phone number provided by the Platform to receive SMS messages.
- Top-up Balance: credits purchased by a User to use the Platform services.
2. General Rules
2.1 ReceberSMS provides temporary numbers primarily for receiving verification SMS. Availability is not guaranteed for every message or service.
2.2 Use of the Platform implies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform immediately.
2.3 Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
2.4 ReceberSMS may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. When feasible, changes will be announced.
3. Registration and Access
3.1 Registration may be required to use certain features.
3.2 Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all actions performed with your account.
4. Services
4.1 Temporary Numbers are provided for short-term reception of SMS messages (by default 20 minutes unless otherwise stated).
4.2 After the defined period, the number becomes inactive and the Platform is not responsible for any subsequent use or consequences.
4.3 ReceberSMS is not responsible for restrictions or blocks imposed by third parties, including mobile operators or external services.
5. Top-up Balance and Validity
5.1 Users may buy credits (Top-up Balance) to use Platform services via the app or the Telegram bot.
5.2 Balances can be assigned an expiration date. The Platform will communicate any validity period to users through its official channels.
5.3 Expired balances may be removed without obligation to refund, unless otherwise stated by the Platform.
5.4 Balances are personal, non-transferable and not shareable with third parties.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund requests are accepted within 1 (one) hour after a top-up, provided the credits were not used.
6.2 Verification of a refund may take up to 5 business days from the moment all required information is provided.
6.3 No refunds will be issued after partial or full use of credits, or if credits expired according to the announced validity.
7. Complaints and Support
7.1 Complaints should be submitted through the Platform's online chat or official support channels within 30 days of the event.
7.2 Provide relevant details (time, transaction, description) to help investigation.
8. Liability
8.1 Users are fully responsible for how they use Temporary Numbers.
8.2 The Platform is not liable for:
- third-party failures (operators, external services);
- use or misuse of numbers after expiration;
- legal consequences arising from Users' actions.
8.3 The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms and may cooperate with authorities if required.
9. Confidentiality and Data
9.1 Confidential information provided by the Platform must be kept secret and used only for authorized purposes.
9.2 The Platform processes personal data according to applicable law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018), where relevant.

10. Force Majeure
The Platform is not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, telecom outages, government actions, third-party failures, or other force majeure events.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 These Terms apply from the date the User accepts them and remain in force until terminated.
11.2 The Platform may terminate access for Users who breach the Terms. Users may cancel their accounts at any time via the Platform support channels.
11.3 Termination does not relieve the User of obligations accrued prior to termination.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 The Platform may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the official domains. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
12.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to achieve its purpose to the greatest extent permitted by law; other provisions remain in effect.
